Food is ok ok, real taste of thailand is missing. After sharing feedback with staff, they made a statement like this is not real thailand so food quality will be as is. Phad thai was very low with the standards. Quantity is less compared to other thai restaurants. Overall one time is ok, will not visit again.

Very friendly and kind service. The drunken noodles with beef were delicious! I got a 4/10 spicy and it certainly had a good kick (for me anyway). Can’t wait to come back!

There are so many Thai restaurants to pick from and many deserve the 5 stars on their own merit. Then comes along one that you remember to mark on the map to return to. While driving south on 405 I asked Grok to route us to an upscale authentic Thai restaurant and Thai Bamboo Bistro was selected. Well done Grok. Next time, I won't need to ask! PS: an order comes with 4 skewers of satay - I was slow in clicking the picture!!

This is an overpriced "fast food" joint. 1st red flag: when the Thai iced tea didn't taste like thai iced tea and was severely watered down. 2nd flag: when the water came out and the lemon was 1/8 of a slice. Those 2 flags right there should have given me warning to leave. 3rd and biggest red flag, ordering beed pad see ew and rah mah came out 5 minutes after ordering. Hence why I say "fast food". literally no flavor. It's as though they literally put the spice and sauce afterwards, not letting them cook together.

Thai Bamboo Bistro has great food and nice decor. Their Thai Iced Tea is really good, as has been everything I have ordered there, whether it be a shrimp, beef, or chicken dish. Their soups are good too. This cute place has good, prompt, friendly service and good prices. They have a large TV on mute for watching sports or other programs. This place is highly recommended for a delicious lunch or dinner. They have a loyal clientele and quick seating.
